Takoyaki!!

Assalamualaikum.

Jusco takoyaki's. Me lovin' it :D

Do you loveee takoyaki? For those who love japanese food must be familiar with takoyaki ^^, Takoyaki are known as octopus (tako) balls. Usually i bought this at Jusco cause it kinda hard to find takoyaki except in Jusco (sekarang dah tukar nama aeon kan?).  Tapi semalam masa pergi Uptown Danau Kota, aku jumpa 3 stall takoyaki!! *mata bersinar*

FIRST STALL: MY TAKOYAKI

> Tako my takoyaki ni sedap ^^, cuma isi kurangg. Sotong dia cutee je kat dalam tepung tu.

Bawah tako ni ada seaweed

 > Compare to the first stall, for me kurangg sikit walaupun stall ni disyorkan oleh jalan-jalan cari makan (ada signboard JJCM depan kedai dia). Rasa dia pelik sikit, maybe sebab dia lapik seaweed kat bawah tu, dengan daun bawangnye, lepastu bila bercampur sos jadi pelik. Mungkin. Dari segi food presentation, better lagi mytakoyaki. Tapi kedai ni bagi chopstick, bukan lidi cucuk-cucuk tu which i think is kinda cute ^^,

THIRD STALL: TAKOYAKI?

> yang ni belum try lagi. Anda-anda bolehla mencuba kedai ni pulak! hehehe


Basically the price for each stall sama je. Average, satu bola singgit. Flavor macam biasa la. Udang, chicken and cheese, sotong.. kan best kalau ada unagi (i LOVE unagi~~)


Oh, lepas makan tako why not singgah makan aiskrim goreng?? RM2 each. N very nice oso ^^,

So kalau singgah uptown danau tu singgah la makan takoyaki dengan aiskrim goreng. Sedap sedap! Apa je tak sedap? Semua sedap. Heheheh.

Little Wok Kitchen @ Wangsa Walk Mall,KL

Ok this is the next entry about food. First of all sorry because sometimes I'm using english, sometimes i'm using malay, usually mix of both (Mang..lish?) So sorry for the inconvenience :D I'm just using it according to my preference :D (sengih lagi)

Back to the topic, selalunya kalau jalan-jalan kat Wangsa Walk ni mesti benda yang susah aku nak fikir time nak makan apa, kat mana dalam ni. Hard to find nice place to eat in here, plus pricey and.. tak sedap. Tapi, suatu hari tu tergerak hati nak singgah Little Wok Kitchen ni lepastu terus suka makan kat sini. Sebab utama- ada STEAMBOAT (peminat steamboat tegar, huhuhu) dan tak la mahal sangat. Affordable, sesuai dengan food dalam menu tu. 

Favourite set! ^_^ RM14.90

Satu set ni harga RM14.90, untuk dua orang makan. Pernah sekali tu nak order satu sorang, waiter tu tengok aku atas bawah je... Huhuhu. 

Kuah dia best tau, sedapp, seriusss. Cuma, seingat aku last time pergi quite a few months back. Few weeks ago bila nak singgah tengok dah tukar menu + price. Terus tak jadi singgah, takut lari bajet. Tapi sedih kott tengok steamboat feveret tu macam dah takde.. :'( Bagi aku kat sini la one of the place ada steamboat yang sedap. Tom yam dia best kott! Takpe nakti nak pergi tgok lagi, mana tau hari tu salah tengok ke, hehehe.

Octopus Sushi & Thai Restaurant

Tanda seru menampakkan ke-excited-an untuk mengupdate blog setelah sekian lama... watever. Disebabkan tengah lapar so i'm gonna start with post about fooooood. N post2 lepas ni pun mungkin pasal food jugak. Oh i loveee food *lapar*

Aku pegi Octopus Sushi & Thai Restaurant ni kat KL Festival City, Setapak. 18.8.2012. (Still 2012, tak la rasa outdated sgt. heheh) Kak mira nak sangat makan kat sini. Combination of japanese and thai food. Range harga bagi aku mahal la jugak, tapi sebab masa tu mak yang belanja so aku consider murah :P 

Sup Miso! My all time favourite jap's soup. Sedapnyaa (T_T)

Yang ni, biasa je. Sotong masak pedas, nasi putih, sup sayur, papadom, telur

Cute ^_^ tapi chawanmushi tu tak sedap (T_T)

Ramen

Overall food kat sini biasa-biasa je, ok lah. Portion dia pun besar, dalam gambar ni nampak je kecik. Jenuh jugak nak habiskan. Huu sedapnya sup miso (T_T) Kak mira cakap mahal kalau makan kat kedai camni. Setakat nak sup miso tu baik beli yang dalam paket, tuang air panas, siap. Tapi mana nak cari yang halal ea kat sini? susah kan? kat Jusco tu memang banyak japanese food yang instant tapi tu lah, halal ke tak, tak tau.

Oh btw, chawanmushi tu puding telur kukus (steamed-egg custard dish). Dulu kalau lalu depan teppanyaki mesti teringin sangat nak makan chawanmushi ni, nampak sedap sgt. Terbayang puding telur yang sejuk, manis. Tapi lepas makan kat octopus thai ni dah tak rasa langsung nak makan chawanmushi...

Tadi selak-selak planner tengok kot ada anything important for tomorrow. Suddenly terselak satu page ni where I jot down something for me quite interesting from my employment law class.

30th April 2012.

Benda menarik yang sy belajar from kelas employment act.
Dalam hidup ni walaupun kita dah kerja, berpangkat besar, jangan sombong dengan masyarakat, dengan orang sekeliling anda. Sebab mereka yang melindungi anda dari economic & social distress.

>Why? Bukankah kita layak dapat protection since kita bayar EPF & SOCSO?

Tau tak, selalunya apa yang kita minta sangat lebih dari apa yang kita bayar. Siapa yang akan cover permintaan yang banyak tu? Mereka yang membayar cukai, a.k.a MASYARAKAT.

Therefore, kerja dengan ikhlas, jangan sombong-sombong. :)

Taman Santai Strawberi Genting

Assalamualaikum.

Beberapa hari lepas dapat pergi tengok strawberi dekat genting highlands (Yayy!!) and this is the first time tahu bahawasanya terdapat strawberry garden dekat genting, biasanya cameron highlands je tahu. Masuk adalah percuma. Tapi strawberry garden ni takdelah sebesar kat cameron tu, kalau sekadar nak lepas rasa tengok strawberi pun ok dah. Last time aku pergi strawberry garden masa kecik-kecik dulu, tak ingat darjah berapa so sebab dah lama tak pergi I was kinda excited :D and yeah, I love strawberries.

Lepas dah petik strawberi haruslah ditimbang. Aigoo memang mahal la strawberry kat sini. Kat cameron lagi murah. Lepastu masam sikit.. Manis lagi korean strawberi dekat Jusco.

Lepastu pergi jalan-jalan sekitar taman strawberi ni. Here got also honey bee, vegetable and flower farm, and mushroom farm. Sedih jugakla sebab takde roses :( and mushroom pun tak banyak. But I love mushroom crackers. Original flavor. Sedap!

Sebelum balik naik genting sekejap, enjoy the view. It has been ages since I'm up here.

And in Malaysia, it's Cameron Highlands of course.

Wish I could visit Cameron Highlands soon. And any other large vegetable/fruit plantation. :)

Syarahan Perdana - Transformasi Minda Penyelidik Muda by YABhg. Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad

Assalamualaikum.

On 22th February 2012 I got the chance to attend this program : Syarahan Perdana - Transformasi Minda Penyelidik Muda by YABhg. Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad (baru sekarang nak post entry?..) at Dewan Agong Tuanku Canselor (DATC) UiTM Shah Alam, place of my future graduation. It feels good to be there, rasa semangat. :) The talk start at 9.30am and our ayahanda-Datuk Sahol is wearing purple-polkadot tie! I love polkadot :D (?)

I just want to share some of the notes that I jot down in my diary so here it is :

1. Mereka yang membuat penyelidikan mempunyai minda terbuka. Setiap apa yang kita ada masih boleh diperbaiki, dimajukan lagi. Orang-orang Barat lebih terbuka, sedangkan ilmu sains dipelopori Ilmuwan Islam, dan orang Eropah sanggup mempelajari bahasa Arab untuk mendapatkan ilmu-ilmu tersebut. Tetapi selepas menerima ilmu dari orang-orang Islam mereka terus meneroka ilmu-ilmu tersebut.

2. Orang Eropah suka berperang. Bagi orang-orang Cina, bahan letupan hanya untuk menghalau naga dari menelan bulan, bagi orang Barat, bahan letupan digunakan untuk melontar peluru dengan lebih jauh dan sentiasa diperbaiki dari semasa ke semasa. Dengan teknik lontaran ini mereka dapat melontar roket menjejak bulan. Kita pula hanya fikir, bahan letupan mercun untuk sambutan hari raya..

3. Mindset amat penting bagi penyelidik muda. Mereka perlu mempunyai minda terbuka tentang apa yang digunakan oleh kita. 

4. Setiap sesuatu yang ada boleh diperbaiki lagi. Kita bukan berperang untuk menakluk negara lain, tapi kita berperang untuk mempertahankan diri kita. Mempertahankan umat Islam seperti yang dituntut agama Islam sendiri.

5. Sebenarnya kebolehan kita sama macam orang lain, yang menjadi barrier adalah            'limit of our thinking'.

This is just some of my notes from the talk. Kalau nak dengar lebih lanjut, I'd already attach the recording. Apa-apa yang negatif tolak tepi. Take the positive thing peeps! :)

Mind refresher.

Energy Booster.

Assalamualaikum.

The results are out. This post were a bit late I guess. All I can say is : Alhamdulillah syukur.. :) This is certainly out of my expectation, yes considering all those hassles during the whole semester, need to deal with my emotions and a lot of things but Alhamdulillah still managed to pull through. Dapat je email (aih, tulis bahasa melayu pulak?) tengok result, menjerit (Alhamdulillah!!) dan cepat-cepat pergi kejut dear mommy. Muka blur kena kejut but still managed to smile and said congratulations :) ..and then went back to sleep. Aiya. Not forgetting to text ayah the next day, and I was surprised when he replied saying "I'm proud of y".. 

Thinking of this message make me feel like want to cry.. It means a lot to me. This is the first time ayah saying this to me, although I got good results for pmr, spm or other things he didn't mention anything like this so I was quite sad thinking that its not, never enough.. stupid thing I did? Terdelete mesej ni! Oh youu how stupid you how come terdelete?! takkan nak suruh ayah resend balik....? can't forgive myself for this.......*sobbing (T______T)  

To mak and ayah, this is for you :')

Yes this is for my parent. I can't think of anything else melainkan my parent. I'm happy enough when they are happy with this small gift.. Wait till I give you big ones! My graduation day, InsyaAllah.. They are my energy booster. My chocolate bar. :)

Got three more semester to go.. Sekejap je lagi. Sabar sabar.. dah nak habis ni. I must keep on track, must grad with good grades because it is a GIFT (and someone also promise me roses for graduation, hehehehhhh) and also to get exemption from ptptn payment, turning the loan into a scholarship. Hope it's still valid because paying ptptn after graduation is so not cool.

Sentiasa berdoa yang terbaik..
Jangan cepat putus asa.
